There are two categories in the Awards programme: Cultural Heritage Conservation and New Design in Heritage Contexts.

· Make sure to read the guidelines for submission carefully prior to filling in the official forms.

 ·Each entry must be submitted with the following documentation in full:

    2.     Project dossier (post to UNESCO Bangkok by mail):

            a.     Project description (using the provided official format)

            b.     Occupant’s comments

            c.     Owner consent
c. 业主同意

            d.     Rights authorization form (copyright for drawings, illustrations and photographs) 
d. 版权授权表（图纸、插图和照片的版权）

            e.     Drawings, A4 format or A3 format
e. 图纸，A4 或 A3 格式

            f.      Photographs (before conservation – in process – after conservation – in use/ current state)
f. 照片（保护前--保护中--保护后--使用中/现状）

            g.     USB Drive (including all required documents in PDF format, drawings and photographs in high-resolution files)
g. U 盘（包括 PDF 格式的所有所需文件、高分辨率图纸和照片文件）

            h.     Submission declaration form

    3.     Conservation Management Plan should be provided, if applicable

    4.     Additional materials (articles, videos, etc.) may be provided, as per the guidelines

* Entries that do not fulfill the submission requirements will not be presented to the Jury.

4) Complete your online entry form

· Submit your entry form online by 31 May 2025.

· All entries are required to submit the official entry form online. Should you have any query, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5) Post your project dossier to UNESCO Bangkok

· Post your project dossier to Culture Unit of UNESCO Bangkok via mail, postmarked no later than 31 May 2025.   
- 将您的项目档案邮寄至教科文组织曼谷办事处文化组，邮戳不得晚于 2025 年 5 月 31 日。
