(一)魏勇财务总监总结: (1) Summary of Chief Financial Officer Wei Yong:

  1. 安保部要对安全生产投入费用进行梳理,与生产运营中心联合签署确认安全生产投入费用。

  1. 安全意识需要通过培训来提升,对于安全不合格不称职的领班要撤换。
    Safety awareness needs to be improved through training, and unqualified and incompetent foremen should be replaced.
  2. 要加强内审员队伍建设,各部门经理要加强关注内审事宜,不能再出现类似青武麦、API 审核,有的部门经理居然不知道。
    It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the internal auditor team, and the managers of various departments should strengthen their attention to internal audit matters, and there can be no more audits similar to Qingwumai and API, and some department managers do not know.
  3. 预防职业病,人力资源部及生产运营中心要统筹考虑,提前预防,如果有患职业病的苗头就应该换岗,以免对公司造成影响。

  4. 2024 新增环境指标,VOCs 超标处理效率有时不到 ,设备部要想办法如何达标。

  1. 以后管理评审会议高度要提高,要合规,今年企管部编制、梳理了很多非 QHSE 的制度,来年要把企管部对公司管理制度的审核结果融入到 QHSE 管理评审会议中。

  2. 2024 年公司开展信息化建设,可以极大的提高相关数据 (如:设备完好率、焊接合格率等)的真实性、准确性,未来各部门要有意识地将所有工作植入到信息化中。
