As an engineer, I gained a solid experience by being an on-site technician first where I was in charge of the construction project management of several buildings. I effectively coordinated different subcontractors while overseeing the planning and proper execution of plans. I also had to work in several areas of Senegal in which I had to manage major projects for which the project manager was the State of Senegal. My ability to manage on-site problems with rigor, to anticipate my orders and to communicate effectively was a key factor in the success of the quality of the work of the missions entrusted to me.
