土地政策SSCI期刊联合国际学术会议由浙江大学在2017年发起，到目前为止已经成功举办七届。会议主旨是解读土地资源稀缺与低效利用对经济社会可持续发展所造成的影响。作为区域发展的先行者，中国经济发达地区所面临的人地问题更加突出，亟待解决空间发展失衡、粮食安全保障、生态环境保护和经济社会转型等四大人地矛盾。在当前国内外城市化水平不断趋高的宏观背景下，研究和探讨城乡规划与土地政策问题对于实现城市的可持续发展具有重大意义。通过搭建这一多元、开放的学术交流平台，以期为解决中国乃至全球的土地利用政策问题提供有益的理论指导和经验借鉴，贡献土地领域相关的具有科学性、创新性和前瞻性的智慧结晶，共同推动全球土地利用政策的发展，使之更好地服务于人类长远的生存和发展。
The SSCI Journal Joint International Conference on Land Policy was initiated by Zhejiang University in 2017 and has been successfully held for seven sessions so far. The main purpose of the conference is to interpret the impact of scarcity and inefficient use of land resources on sustainable economic and social development. As the forerunner of regional development, China's economically developed regions are facing more prominent man-land problems, and it is urgent to solve the four major contradictions between man and land, including spatial development imbalance, food security, ecological environmental protection, and economic and social transformation. Under the macro background of increasing urbanization at home and abroad, it is of great significance to study and discuss urban and rural planning and land policy issues to achieve sustainable urban development. By building this diversified and open academic exchange platform, it is hoped to provide useful theoretical guidance and experience for solving land use policy problems in China and even the world, contribute to the scientific, innovative and forward-looking wisdom crystallization in the field of land, and jointly promote the development of global land use policy, so that it can better serve the long-term survival and development of mankind.

2023年10月13-15日，“土地产权与空间治理”——第七届SSCI期刊联合国际学术会议在浙江大学召开。会议由浙江大学、Cities、Habitat International、Land Use Policy、《中国土地科学》编辑部联合主办，来自英国、美国、澳大利亚、中国香港和中国内地等100余名嘉宾和代表出席会议，英国利物浦大学城市形态与社会空间研究中心主任Prof. Fei Chen、美国马里兰大学中国城市发展与土地政策研究中心主任Prof. Chengri Ding等九位海内外知名专家发表主旨演讲，就自然资源产权改革与国土空间协同治理、区域一体化进程中的地方政府合作策略、新形势下城市发展政策挑战、城市空间结构与出行关系、城市街道空间治理中的社会价值融入、住房保障体系构建、自然形成退休社区治理、县城绿色低碳发展，以及农村宅基地发展权改革策略等议题展开了全面、深入的交流。
On October 13-15, 2023, the 7th SSCI Joint International Conference on "Land Property Rights and Spatial Governance" was held in Zhejiang University. The conference was co-hosted by Zhejiang University, Cities, Habitat International, Land Use Policy, and the editorial office of China Land Science, and was attended by more than 100 guests and representatives from United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and Chinese mainland United Kingdom. Fei Chen, Director of the China Center for Urban Development and Land Policy, University of Maryland, United States, Chengri Ding and nine other well-known experts at home and abroad delivered keynote speeches on the reform of natural resource property rights and the collaborative governance of land space, the strategy of local government cooperation in the process of regional integration, the challenges of urban development policies under the new situation, the relationship between urban spatial structure and travel, the integration of social value in urban street space governance, the construction of housing security system, the governance of naturally formed retirement communities, and the green and low-carbon development of county seats. and the reform strategy of rural homestead development rights.

本次会议收到论文60余篇，在10月14日下午分8个平行分会场进行交流研讨，议题涉及土地政策与中国式现代化、空间治理、自然资源产权与管理、农村土地利用转型、绿色转型、国土空间整治、城市住房与人居环境、城乡融合发展与要素市场。10月15日上午举行了“研究与发表”圆桌论坛，各位论坛嘉宾讨论交流了开展学术研究、发表学术论文与著述的心得体会，并与与会代表进行了互动。这对广大学术工作者，尤其是青年学者提升学术研究能力、做出更高水平的学术成果具有重要的启示。
More than 60 papers were received at the conference, which were divided into 8 parallel sub-venues on the afternoon of October 14, covering topics such as land policy and Chinese-style modernization, spatial governance, natural resource property rights and management, rural land use transformation, green transformation, land space improvement, urban housing and human settlements, urban-rural integration development and factor markets. On the morning of October 15, a roundtable forum on "Research and Publication" was held, during which the guests discussed and exchanged their experiences in carrying out academic research, publishing academic papers and writings, and interacted with the participants. This is an important enlightenment for the majority of academic workers, especially young scholars, to improve their academic research ability and make higher academic achievements.
