I am pleased to inform you that the Nursing Council of Hong Kong（＂the Council＂） has approved your application for special registration as a registered general nurse in Hong Kong．Upon completion of all registration formalities，your name will be added to Part I of Division 2 of the Register of Nurses and your registration will be valid till 29 February 2028，subject to your full－time employment as a registered nurse with special registration in Hospital Authority during the registration period．
我很高興通知您，香港護士管理局（“管理局”）已批准您在香港申請特別註冊成為註冊普通護士，在完成所有註冊普通科護士手續后，您的姓名將被添加到護士名冊第 2 分部第一部分，您的註冊有效期至 2028 年 2 月 29 日，前提是您在此期間在醫院管理局全職工作為註冊護士並持有特別註冊註冊期。

Payment should be made either in cash or by crossed cheque payable to＂The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region＂．It may be paid in person by producing this letter to the Accounts Office ${}^1$${}^1$^(1){ }^{1} ，Department of Health， ${17}^{\text{th}}$${17}^{\text{th }}$17^("th ")17^{\text {th }} Floor， Wu Chung House， 213 Queen＇s Road East，Wan Chai，Hong Kong．
款項應以現金或劃線支票支付，抬頭人為「香港特別行政區政府」，並可親身出示此信件至香港灣仔皇后大道東 213 號胡忠大廈樓衛生署 ${17}^{\text{th}}$${17}^{\text{th }}$17^("th ")17^{\text {th }} 會計部 ${}^1$${}^1$^(1){ }^{1} 。

After you have paid the fees, please bring the following to the Central Registration Office (“CRO”) ${}^2$${}^2$^(2){ }^{2}, Boards & Councils Office, Department of Health on the same floor for registration:

(a) the receipt issued by the Accounts Office;

Alternatively, you may send a crossed cheque together with two recent passportsized photographs and the photocopy of your Hong Kong Identity Card/Passport to the CRO by post. Please ensure that they reach the CRO within 14 calendar days from the issue date of this letter. The Council and the CRO will not accept late submissions and be held responsible for any delay or loss through delivery by post.
此外，你亦可將劃線支票連同兩張護照尺寸近照及香港身份證/護照影印本郵寄至商業責任處。請確保他們在本信函簽發之日起的 14 個日曆日內送達 CRO。理事會和 CRO 將不接受逾期提交，並對因郵寄而造成的任何延誤或損失負責。

You will receive via your employing institution your Certificate of Registration and Practising Certificate after payment of the prescribed fees and completion of the registration formalities.
在支付規定的費用並完成註冊手續后，您將通過您的雇主機構收到您的註冊證書和執業證書。

Pending payment of the prescribed fees and completion of all registration formalities, you are not allowed to practise as a registered nurse in Hong Kong.
在未繳付訂明費用及完成所有註冊護士手續之前，你不能在香港以註冊護士身份執業。

You should familiarize yourself with the Nurses Registration Ordinance, Cap. 164, Laws of Hong Kong (https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap164) as well as any rules and guidelines of the profession, including but not limited to the following issued by the Council -

If you wish to continue afterwards in the employment as a registered nurse with special registration in the employing institution, you must submit an application three months before expiry of the current term of special registration.

Please be reminded to inform the CRO of any change of address to ensure that the important notices the Council issues from time to time can be served on you.
