At WRI, we stock what we sell and guarantee it. If we run short of a “Guaranteed Stock Product” - it’s our problem - not the customers. Our goal is to ship orders the day they are placed - from our plant - not a drop ship from the manufacturer. On orders over $650\$ 650 we apply a nominal FSC (Freight Fuel Service Charge) of 1.7%1.7 \%. Orders under $650\$ 650 will be prepaid and invoiced allowing those customers to enjoy our preferred freight rates. Product returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and authorized by WRI in advance and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form (R/A). Products being returned must be in original packaging in “as new” condition. Products authorized for return must be returned within 2 weeks of R/A being issued. Some products may not be eligible for return - particularly custom, cut quantity or special order items. It is generally unwise to use perforations patterns which exceed 50/50 especially in bus/transit applications especially on sloped rear vehicle windows. Some jurisdictions require 50/50 for transit buses. We do not recommend the use of perforated products designed for flat retail applications - even on flat bus window applications. Only 3M’s vehicle grade product can be counted on for long term vehicle applications, superior conformability. 3M 8914 optically clear is the best matching overaminate. To prevent premature lifting of perforated window films we strongly recommend the use of 3M Clear Edge Sealing Tape #8914 which comes in 1//2xx751 / 2 \times 75 rolls. Perforated film should allows be cut back 1//4^('')1 / 4^{\prime \prime} from rubber seals or gaskets to avoid moisture wicking under the film.
