第二条 甲方责任

1. 甲方需在本合同签订后叁个工作日内向丙方一次性支付合同中规定的款项。

2. 甲方不得将软件用于违反法律、违法道德等危害社会利益的行为，如若甲方滥用软件、或提供的信息中包含任何违反法律法规或 侵犯第三方权益的内容，由此产生的后果均由甲方承担，同时丙方有权终止本合同并拒绝为甲方提供本合同项下产品的服务支持， 且甲方应承担丙方所有损失。乙方和丙方不承担任何责任，且有权无条件停止甲方的软件使用权限及售后服务。
2. Party A shall not use the software for any act that violates laws, morals, or harms social interests. If Party A misuses the software or provides any information that violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the rights and interests of third parties, Party A shall be responsible for the consequences. In the meantime, Party C has the right to terminate this Agreement and refuse to provide Party A with product service support under this Agreement. Party A shall also be responsible for all losses of Party C. Party B and Party C shall not bear any responsibility and have the right to unconditionally terminate Party A's software usage rights and after-sales service.

3. The Party A shall provide valid business license and identification information upon signing this contract. 5. 甲方不得将乙方提供的软件产品服务账号、密码、激活码等信息以任何有偿、无偿的形式进行转让、转租或许可第二方使用。

第三条 乙方的责任

第五条 其他

1. 任何一方必须对本合同及本合同项下所获取的或知悉的另一方商业秘密严格保密，在未事先取得另一方书面许可的情况下，不得 以任何形式向任何第三方披露、使用。如有泄露，按照相关法律法规和行业规定承担相应的责任。本合同期满后本条款仍对三方 有约束力。

4. 本合同的成立、效力、解释、履行、签署、修订和终止以及争议的解决均应使用中华人民共和国法律。本合同签署后，对于因本 合同的履行产生之争议，三方首先通过友好协商解决；协商未果时，任何一方均有权向丙方所在地人民法院提出诉讼。

5. 不可抗力是指不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况；包括但不限于自然灾害、政府行为以及罢工、战争、电信运营商信号 中断、网站遭受黑客攻击、乙服务器发生非人为因素的故障等。上述原因所造成的本协议任何一方无法完全或部分履行协议义务， 或虽能履行协议义务但已失去必要性或实际意义的，遭遇不可抗力的一方可据此免责。
5. Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, telecom operator signal interruptions, website hacking, and non-human-caused failures of the server of Party B.
