Chengli Automobile Co., Ltd.'s sanitation vehicle series Dongfeng pure electric washing and sweeping vehicle is a new generation of specialized equipment for road surface, curb cleaning, sweeping, and spray dust suppression, independently designed and developed by our company with proprietary intellectual property rights and internationally leading technology. This washing and sweeping vehicle combines the functional features of street sweepers and high-pressure washing vehicles, addressing the shortcoming of vacuum trucks being unable to clean curbs on urban roads. During operation, the sweeper brushes sweep ground debris toward the inner side of the vehicle, stubborn road attachments are lifted by the water flow sprayed from the high-pressure water jet, and then sucked into the garbage box by the suction device for storage. Vehicle Configuration
This washing and sweeping vehicle is modified based on a pure electric Class II chassis, equipped with a fan, clean water tank, garbage bin, left and right upright brushes, sweeping dust suppression system, left and right high-pressure side spray, built-in high-pressure main spray rod in the suction disc, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, specialized device electronic control system, and subframe.

2.1 Product Performance Features

The high-pressure water pump adopts an internationally renowned plunger pump, with suitable flow and high pressure, allowing a maximum pressure of up to 10MPa.
5. The left and right vertical sweeps use single sweep discs, reducing the number of brushes and brush wear, which lowers operating costs. The left and right vertical sweeps are controlled separately, allowing for different operation modes such as left sweep, right sweep, and full sweep. The wide suction nozzle has an opening width of 1600 mm, ensuring a total working width greater than 2.5 mm. 6. The left and right spray bars are mounted on the suction discs and move up and down with them. The structure is simple and compact, ensuring the spray bars maintain a fixed height from the ground to achieve optimal cleaning results. An open hydraulic system drives mechanical actions such as lifting the left and right vertical sweeps, rotating the left and right sweep discs, raising and lowering the suction nozzle, opening and closing the rear door of the garbage bin, and resetting the garbage bin tilt.
7. The Chengli brand pure electric washing and sweeping vehicle features multiple functions including road surface washing, road surface sweeping, curb washing, curb and curb stone vertical surface brushing, low-pressure rinsing, and mist dust suppression. It offers various operation modes such as "full wash and sweep," "left wash and sweep," "right wash and sweep," "full sweep," "left sweep," and "right sweep." Selecting the "full wash and sweep" mode cleans plazas and road surfaces with high efficiency and effectiveness, achieving a cleaning rate of over 90%. 2.3. Precautions:
1. During operation, avoid unrelated personnel approaching the vehicle, especially the rear of the vehicle.

3, When the vehicle is discharging sewage from the waste water tank, please first open the rear door sewage valve. After the sewage valve stops draining, then open the rear door to dump the garbage.

Under the negative pressure generated by the fan, airflow in a closed loop sucks the garbage into the garbage box for storage. The entire operation process is based on physical principles, producing no chemical waste or secondary pollution from garbage leakage to the environment. Meanwhile, the rear mist spray effectively reduces the dust concentration in the air, solving the dust pollution problem. The washing and sweeping cleanliness is high. This model is fully functional and can handle operations in different road environments. A single operation achieves a washing and sweeping efficiency of over 98%. Features include fixed-point washing, washing and sweeping, curb cleaning, rear mist spraying, low-pressure washing, and the use of a central suction cup combined with left and right spray rods for cleaning. It can effectively clean dust and garbage on surfaces, joints, curves, and curbs, ensuring a clean environment.
Wide Operating Range
