1. Published  出版
   a. Once and ODA stream is received and processed, an email about the order pubblication is sent to the supplier;

   i. An autologging link with an expiring token

2. Read = The supplier has read the order; moreover, he can select each row and set them as “read”; the “read” status does not allow any modification by the supplier.

3. Working $=$$=$== The order positions are being worked on, by the supplier or the buyer; in particular, as soon as a user selects and saves a row field, that row goes into a “working” status, in order to certify that it is being worked on; for example, if an order position is set as “working” by the supplier, the buyer won’t be able to modify it, and the other way around.

4. Confirmed - The order positions are “confirmed” by the supplier or the buyer, thus accepted by the supplier according to the proposed conditions;

   In this status, the supplier will be able to create ASN for each position.

   Plus, he will be allowed to add the events of the production process like quality inspection. Also, the internal QA user will be allowed to add the mandatory “Final Inspection Result” event.

5. Negotiation - The order positions are confirmed and saved by the supplier or the buyer, but with changes applied to the original order.

6. Part. Confirmed - Some order rows are “Confirmed”, and some are “Published” (head only status)

7. Cancelled - The order has been cancelled; tipically by an ERP user, the order is “logically” deleted from the system, through a deletion stream; the order can be also deleted in the platform itself, but in this case the deletion needs to be communicated to the ERP afterwards. By default, the order is not listed anymore, it has to be explicitly searched for.

8. Closed - The order is closed, meaning that it has reached the end of the process, once the “goods receipt” has been recorded for each order row; when “Closed”, by default, the order is not listed anymore, it has to be explicitly searched for.

Accessing the “Order management” function, the system displays a list for orders related to the connected supplier:

In the “General data” section, you can find all the basic order info and details.

Rows  行

Within the “Rows” section, you can find all the info about the order positions. The functionalities of this section are described below in the “Orders rows dashboard”.

Notes

The “Notes” section shows all the notes recorded by the Customer (internal notes) and by the supplier (external notes). These notes are visible to any user, but they can be modified only by the role which originally created them.
“备注”部分显示由客户（内部备注）和供应商（外部备注）记录的所有备注。这些备注对所有用户可见，但只能由最初创建它们的角色进行修改。

Internal attachments  内部附件

The “Internal attachments” section shows, if any exists, the attachments added by the buyer or by the ERP system. Buyer users can add attachments here, but the supplier can’t.

External attachments  外部附件

Confirm order via Excel
通过 Excel 确认订单

When selecting “Confirm via Excel” the user is presented a list containing all the orders in “Published” status: the list can be downloaded in order to proceed with massive confirmation.

click on “Massive download”

the system generates an automatic download of an Excel file containing all the order data, plus some columns dedicated to the modifications

the supplier can then update the order row values by acting on the following Excel columns:

• “Confirm As Is”: ’ Y ’ if you want to confirm the requested values, ’ N ’ if you want to change any value

A popup requesting the file is displayed:
