Test Standards or Conditions
1. Secure the screw-fixed magnet and the rivet-fixed magnet on the tensile testing machine respectively, 2. Perform magnetic attraction tests 100 cycles, and record the pull-off force values
For the two connection methods, screw fastening and rivet fastening, 100 tests were conducted each to evaluate maximum force, fixation stability, and other performance metrics. The same magnets were used to compare the performance of different fastening methods. Mechanical performance maximum values: screw fastening reached 40.0 kg, rivet fastening was 40.01627 kg; the maximum forces are close, with no damage to the webbing, no changes in magnet position or webbing, and connection strength meeting basic requirements. The maximum force difference is within 2 KG, which falls within the 42 KG strength requirement tolerance. Usage characteristics: Assembly and after-sales: screw assembly facilitates after-sales maintenance; rivet assembly is difficult to restore if damaged and has poor maintainability. If the rivet is not properly set during production, the risk of detachment is higher. Performance recommendation: Historical order number QY24366 shows rivet fastening has better stability but is unfavorable for after-sales service; the new solution uses screw fastening considering easier after-sales maintenance, but screws should be treated with anti-loosening glue and replaced with anti-loosening screws.
