ملف الدعوى ״, وعليـه تم انعقاد جلسـة بين أطراف القضيـة والخبرة بتاريخ 2025/05/06 وقررت الخبرة الموقرة من الحاضبرين تكليفهما بتقديم مذكرة شـارحـة متضــمنـة الجـواب على الطلبـات التـالية Accordingly, a session was held between the parties to the case and the expert on 06/05/2025, and the esteemed experience of the two witnesses decided to assign them to submit an explanatory memorandum containing the answer to the following requests:
1 - هل تمسـك الشـركة سجالات المخزون من الديزل 1 - Does the company hold diesel stock polemics
2 - هل تقوم الشـركة بفحص المخزون قبل إصـدار طلبـات الشـراء , ومن القـائم على اعتمـادهـا 2 - Does the company examine the inventory before issuing purchase orders, and who is in charge of approving them?
