注意:1)压力传感器测量的压力为高压管路压力,当电磁阀6打开时方可测量到气瓶内的压力;
Note: 1) the pressure measured by the pressure sensor is the pressure of the high-pressure pipeline, and the pressure in the gas cylinder can be measured when the solenoid valve 6 is opened;
排放阀打开,将会连通气瓶与高压管路;
When the drain valve is opened, the cylinder will be connected to the high-pressure line;
若气瓶与管路之间存在压差,将导致溢流阀启动,管路填充速度将非常缓慢。
If there is a pressure difference between the cylinder and the line, it will cause the relief valve to activate and the line will fill very slowly.
两个出口为连通状态,可作为三通使用。

与气瓶安装
Installed with gas cylinders
固定气瓶后,采用下图所示专用工装进行安装,六角对边24接套筒扳手,用于轴向拧紧。长臂用于径向拧紧,长臂可伸入力矩扳手套筒。
After fixing the gas cylinder, the special tooling shown in the figure below is used for installation, and the hexagonal side 24 socket wrenches are used for axial tightening. The long arm is used for radial tightening, and the long arm can reach into the barrel of the torque wrench.
拧紧力矩330N.m~370N.m

管路接头安装
Pipe fitting installation
按接口螺纹、管路连接方式匹配相应的转接头和密封圈,管路接头安装力矩按推荐力矩要求执行。
According to the interface thread and pipeline connection mode, match the corresponding adapter and sealing ring, and the installation torque of the pipeline joint shall be implemented according to the recommended torque requirements.
注意:管路接头应干净无毛刺,与O型圈接触的面光洁度要求应高于1.6,安装过程中应确保环境干净无粉尘;在未接入管路系统前,应保证瓶阀各个对外接口有防尘堵帽封堵。
Note: The pipeline joint should be clean and burr-free, the surface finish in contact with the O-ring should be higher than 1.6, and the environment should be clean and dust-free during the installation process.
管路保压操作
Pipeline pressure holding operation
在氢系统集成完成后,需对管路进行气密性检查,为了提高效率,此次检查一般不检查气瓶与瓶阀之间的气密性。
After the integration of the hydrogen system is completed, the air tightness of the pipeline needs to be checked, and in order to improve efficiency, the air tightness between the cylinder and the cylinder valve is generally not checked in this inspection.
在进行管路保压时,将对瓶阀的8手动截止阀进行操作,手动截止阀的位置如下图所示,阀门开关符合传统开关方向,面朝操作口,顺时针关、逆时针开。开启手动阀时,碰到阻挡就停止旋转,避免将弹性挡圈挤出。
When the pipeline is pressurized, the 8 manual shut-off valves of the bottle valve will be operated, and the position of the manual shut-off valve is shown in the figure below, and the valve switch conforms to the traditional switch direction, facing the operation port, and is closed clockwise and opened counterclockwise. When the manual valve is opened, it stops rotating when it hits a block, avoiding the extrusion of the retaining ring.
完成管路保压后,需将手动截止阀设置到开启状态!
After the pressure of the pipeline is completed, the manual shut-off valve needs to be set to the open state!
气瓶气体置换
Gas cylinder gas replacement
在进行氢气置换或者其他气体置换气瓶内气体时,可开启排放阀5,连通气瓶内部和管路系统,从关闭状态逆时针旋转1~1.5圈即可。
When carrying out hydrogen replacement or other gas displacement gas cylinder gas, can open the discharge valve 5, connect the inside of the gas cylinder and the pipeline system, and rotate 1~1.5 times counterclockwise from the closed state.
气体置换工作完成后,切记采用力矩扳手将排放阀5关闭。操作力矩4-6N.m即可。
After the gas replacement work is completed, remember to use a torque wrench to close the discharge valve 5. The operating torque is 4-6N.m.
