Purpose目的

To determine the abrasion resistance of wheels as well as the durability of whole case and luggage construction by running the trolleys filled with a defined load onto the treadmill with obstacles.

Test Conditions测试条件

The specimens shall be conditioned according to FGT-00 for at least 24 h before testing.

Test Procedure测试程序

  1. Load the sample with calculated weight by using the sandbag weight set.
    使用沙袋重量集使用计算的重量加载样品。
  2. Pull the handle up to maximum length and place the sample onto the tester.

  3. Hang the top handle or pull handle into the clamps of the machine. Adjust the running angle of the trolley to 45 degree. (Figure 2)

4. Set the testing time to 8 hours according to 32 km test distance by 4 km / h 4 km / h 4km//h4 \mathrm{~km} / \mathrm{h}.

5. Start the tester and check the wheel, handle and case body every hour.

Evaluation评估

  1. Check if every wheel remains in 100 % 100 % 100%100 \% function-> Pass!

  2. Check visually the abrasion of the wheels. Slight abrasion > > - >-> Pass; higher abrasion > > - >-> Fail

  3. Check if the wheel shafts are obviously abraded or broken during the test > > - >-> Fail.

  4. Check if any part is broken during the test -> Fail.
    检查测试期间是否有任何部件损坏 -> Fail。
Note: “No damage” is required to pass the test!
