Justification
On March 10, 2022 ANIMEX FOODS Limited liability company, ul. T. Chałubińskiego 8, 00-613 Warsaw, Branch in Starachowice ul. Krańcowa 4, 27-200 Starachowice - veterinary no. 26117601 applied to the District Veterinary Officer in Starachowice to amend decision No. 1/2021/H of November 2, 2022 to include the new Standard Operating Procedure no. ANX-SOP -1.0 - "Raw Heparin Production". This procedure includes both the stage of production of heparin on resin without any process changes described in the previously approved instruction No. ANX-ST-HEP-P1 - "Production of raw heparin on resin", as well as the next stage of production consisting in disconnecting heparin from the resin after extracting it with alcohol , drying and grinding. Taking into account the legitimate interest of the party, the District Veterinary Officer in Starachowice ruled as in the introduction.
Instruction
The party may appeal against this decision to the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Veterinary Officer in Kielce. The appeal must be submitted via the District Veterinary Officer in Starachowice within 14 days from the date of delivery of the decision. Filing an appeal does not suspend the execution of the decision.
