  1. 普通建筑商可进行以下小型专业建筑工程：-
    a) 与小型专业建筑工程相关的所有专业建筑工程；
    b) 结构钢工程，包括悬臂长度不超过6米（原为3米）、净跨度不超过15米（原为6米）且平面面积不超过150平方米（无变化）的结构物的制造和安装工作。
    c) 预制混凝土工程，包括现场浇筑预制钢筋混凝土板或平板。
  2. 普通建筑商也可以进行所有类型的建筑工程，包括上述六种专业工程，如果项目不需要经过认可检查员的检查。
  3. 建筑工程的估计价值是指工程实际完成时可收取的总费用，包括与工程供应相关的任何GST（商品及服务税）。
