The building will be supported by a 161KV substation at District D with 32MW initial power supply.

Prospective Contractors should answer all questions as accurately and concisely as possible. Where a question is not relevant to the responder’s organization, this should be indicated, with an explanation.

Responses will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures set out in our following section under Evaluation Approach. In the event that none of the responses are deemed satisfactory, Employer reserves the right to consider alternative procurement options.

The objective of the selection process is to assess the responses to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and select potential Contractor to proceed to the next stage of the procurement.

UNELECTRA INTERNATIONAL CORP. known as UIC was established by a group of experienced engineers under the direction of Bureau of Industry, Ministry of Economic Affairs in 1986. Under the guidance of the Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, UIC was established in 1986, mainly to supply cast resin transformers to the emerging electronics industry in Hsinchu Science Park. During this period, Taiwan's semiconductor industry continued to expand and progress, and UIC also continued to improve the transformer manufacturing process to provide customers with good quality Power supply quality.
在經濟部工業局的指導下，UIC 於 1986 年成立，主要為新竹科學園區 新興電子產業供應樹脂澆注變壓器。在此期間，臺灣半導體產業持續擴張與進步，UIC 也持續改善變壓器製造製程，提供客戶品質優良的電源。

UIC transformer coils are designed with precise sections and layers, and are controlled by temperature and time to tightly combine the epoxy resin with the glass fibers and conductors through siphoning in a vacuum state to avoid voids in the coils. According to the cooling and heat dissipation needs, cooling channels can be set up in the molded coil to enhance the cooling and heat dissipation effect.
UIC 變壓器線圈設計有精確的截面和層次，並受溫度和時間控制， 在真空狀態下通過虹吸將環氧樹脂與玻璃纖維和導體緊密結合，以避免線圈中出現空隙。根據冷卻散熱需要，可在模壓盤管中設置冷卻通道，以增強冷卻和散熱效果。

The transformers are manufactured in accordance with the IEC-60076-11 standard and have obtained TAF laboratory certification for quality control. The transformers are provided to customers after passing the standard testing procedures.
變壓器按照 IEC-60076-11 標準製造，並已獲得 TAF 實驗室品質控制認證。變壓器在通過標準測試程式後提供給客戶。
