Our offshore and onshore operations offer flexibility to our customers around the world. Our groundfish products are harvested and processed quickly in an effort to maintain freshness and quality. Quota ownership and strong relationships with independent harvesters allow us to offer a consistent supply. Ocean Choice International owns over 90 percent of the Canadian quota for North Atlantic flounder and sole species. Harvested on Newfoundland’s famous Grand Banks, this offshore fishery is conducted year-round by Ocean Choice’s fleet and processed in Atlantic Canada. Our flounder and sole are famous worldwide for their sweet, mild taste and delicate texture. | |
