4.2 Detection methods
以塔架底部法兰为基准面,以塔架顶部法兰为测量对象,两法兰中心连线在垂直于基准面的给定圆柱面区域内变动,这个圆柱的直径就是公差值,即倾斜度。如下图所示(LOO’):
Taking the bottom flange of the tower as the datum plane and the top flange of the tower as the measurement object, the line connecting the centers of the two flanges changes within a given cylindrical surface area perpendicular to the datum plane. The diameter of this cylinder is the tolerance value, that is inclination. As shown in the figure below ( L OO' ):

其中:O点为塔架底法兰理论圆心;
Among them: Point O is the theoretical circle center of the tower bottom flange;
O’点为待测法兰理论圆心;
Point O' is the center of the theoretical circle of the flange to be tested;
X、Y为距离塔架高度1.0~1.5倍距离处观测点,其中XO⊥YO;
X and Y are observation points at a distance of 1.0~1.5 times the height of the tower , where XO ⊥ YO ;
塔架倾斜度应满足公式(1)的要求。
The inclination of the tower should meet the requirements of formula ( 1 ).

H为所测量塔架段的高度,单位为m;

现场检测的步骤如下:
The steps for on-site inspection are as follows:
在塔架底部相隔90°建立两个基点,以垂直方向为基线;
Establish two base points at the bottom of the tower 90° apart, with the vertical direction as the baseline;
测量塔架顶部法兰中心点坐标;
Measure the coordinates of the center point of the flange on the top of the tower;
测量塔架底部法兰中心点坐标;
Measure the coordinates of the center point of the flange at the bottom of the tower;
计算最大倾斜距离、倾斜角度和倾斜度;
Calculate maximum tilt distance, tilt angle and tilt;
必要时增加测点保证检测精度。
If necessary, add measuring points to ensure detection accuracy.
由于风力发电机组塔架倾斜度检测过程受到风速影响会造成塔架晃动,由此产生测量的不确定度,因此检测过程尽量选择小风速机组停机的状态下开展。
Since the wind turbine tower inclination detection process is affected by wind speed, which will cause the tower to shake, resulting in measurement uncertainty, the detection process should be carried out with the unit shut down at low wind speeds as much as possible.
5检测结果
5 test results
本次对哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图州阿拉阔里区Dostyk风电场的8台三一重能SI-171625型风力发电机组塔架倾斜度检测结果见表5-1。
The results of the tower inclination detection of eight SANY SI-171625 wind turbines at the Dostyk Wind Farm in Alaqoli District , Almaty Prefecture, Kazakhstan are shown in Table 5-1 .
