( 1}Explanation on actuation of hydraulic circuit

Fig.1 shows the hydraulic circuit of this system.

In the hydraulic circuit diagram,(3} means the vane pump, and is driven by the electric motor <B) (5}.

By means of 1 ( 4} coupling, the vane pump and electric motor are connected directly.

The pump unit consists of oil tank, pump, motors, relief' valves (sa:fety valves), pressure switches, pressure gauge, thern,ometers and miscellaneous valves.

(DFor manual operation, switch the AUTO I MANUAL selector switch on the panel to MANU.

For example, when the "START'' switch of NO.I hydraulic pump is pressed, magnet switch# 88-1 and relay# SSX-1 are excitation to form a self-holding circuit, and the NO.I motor starts.

Automatic operation mode

(DFor automatic operation, switch the AUTO I MANUAL selector switch on the panel to AUTO.

The NO.I motor or NO.2 motor starts when the pressure under 3.0 MPa, and stops when the pressure above 4.0 MPa.
