矿场管理人员休假政策
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This policy applies to on-site management personnel at the mine (excluding office staff).
1. 本政策适用于矿场现场管理人员(不含办公室工作人员)。
2. The leave policy aims to ensure continuity of work and standardize personnel management.

II. ATTENDANCE REWARD

1. On-site management personnel who work without taking any days off during the month will receive an attendance bonus.
1. 当月无休的现场管理人员将获得全勤奖金。
III. COMPENSATORY LEAVE

1. On-site management personnel are entitled to 4 days of compensatory leave each month.
1. 现场管理人员每月享有 4 天的调休假。
2. If compensatory leave is used, the personnel will not be eligible for the monthly attendance bonus.
2. 如果使用调休假,则员工将没有资格获得月度全勤奖金。
IV. LEAVE REGULATIONS

1. Leave requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.

2. For leave beyond the compensatory leave days, each additional day will result in a deduction of 1/25 of the monthly salary.
2. 超出调休假期天数的假期,每增加一天,将扣除月薪的 1/25。
V. ABSENTEEISM HANDLING

1. Leaving the workplace without prior notice or approval will be treated as absenteeism.
1. 未经事先通知或批准离开工作场所将被视为旷工。
2. Each day of absenteeism will result in a deduction of 1/10 of the monthly salary.
2. 每旷工一天,将扣除月薪的 1/10。
3. Accumulating more than 5 days of absenteeism will lead to termination.

1. The personnel requesting leave must find someone to cover their duties during the absence.

2. Leave requests must be submitted to the Human Resources (HR) department for registration.

3. Leave requests need to be approved by the General Manager (GM).

4. Once approved by the GM, the HR department will notify the personnel of the approval status.

5. Any unapproved absence will be treated as absenteeism.

1. During the leave, personnel must ensure that work handover is clear to avoid disrupting normal operations at the mine.

2. Personnel on leave should remain accessible for communication in case of emergencies.

3. After the leave, personnel should return to their duties promptly and complete the handover.

4. Personnel must comply with other relevant regulations of the mine.

1. Handover Responsibility: Personnel must designate a substitute before taking leave and ensure they are capable of completing the required tasks.

2. Handover Content: A detailed handover checklist must be prepared, including key tasks, project progress, emergency contacts, and necessary operating instructions.

3. Handover Confirmation: Personnel and their substitute must complete the handover before the leave.
