On behalf of Array Networks, Inc. (the “Company”), I am pleased to confirm our verbal offer of employment to you for the position of Sales Manager for Array Cayman reporting to Kevin Yeh. You will be eligible to participate in various fringe benefit plans such as health insurance, labor insurance and pension in accordance with the regulations of the labor law in Taiwan. 您將有資格按照台灣勞動法的規定參加健康保險、勞保、退休金等各種福利計劃。
Proof of Right to Work. For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide the Company with documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility to work in Taiwan. As an employee of the company, you will be expected to devote substantially all your working time and effort to the business of the company. During the term of your employment with the company, you may not render services to any business competitive with any existing or contemplated business of the company.
