邓晔,男,1978年12月出生于湖南长沙,中共党员,中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授,博导。现任中国生态学学会微生物生态专业委员会秘书长,《The ISME Journal》资深主编,《Microbiome》、《Environmental Microbiome》副主编等。
Deng Ye, male, was born in Changsha, Hunan in December 1978. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a researcher at the Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a doctoral supervisor. He is currently the Secretary-General of the Microbial Ecology Committee of the Ecological Society of China, the Senior Editor-in-Chief of The ISME Journal, and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Microbiome and Environmental Microbiome.

2002年毕业于中南大学应用化学专业,2007年获得浙江大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位。2007年-2014年在美国俄克拉荷马大学环境基因组研究所任研究科学家。2014年5月,就职于中国科学院生态环境研究中心,组建环境微生物宏基因组研究组。 研究工作围绕环境微生物群落生态学开展,开发微生物基因组学数据分析方法并构建分析平台,对全球气候变化下微生物功能类群的演变规律以及微生物地理学分布机制开展了一系列创新性的工作。
He graduated from Central South University with a major in Applied Chemistry in 2002 and received a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Zhejiang University in 2007. From 2007 to 2014, he worked as a research scientist at the Institute of Environmental Genomics, University of Oklahoma, USA. In May 2014, he joined the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and established the Environmental Microbial Metagenomics Research Group. His research work focuses on the ecology of environmental microbial communities, develops microbial genomics data analysis methods and builds analysis platforms, and conducts a series of innovative work on the evolution of microbial functional groups under global climate change and the mechanism of microbial geographical distribution.


取得的研究结果包括: (1)通过构建的分子生态网络和跨营养级互作网络方法,定量微生物之间及微生物与森林植物间的依存关系并解析群落的稳定性。阐明年均温控制森林微生物分布格局的生态机理,揭示物种互作网络对温度等环境因素的响应特征。(2)发现了细菌、真菌群落和固氮功能菌群的 多样性均遵循生态代谢理论,证明了温度是森林土壤微生物多样性纬度梯度格局的主控因素。首次把温度与生物多样性的关系从地上带入了地下生物的世界。(3)整合大数据和气候模型,提出了宏观与微观相结合的数据整合策略,并形成了气候-微生物-土壤环境相关联的生态预测模型。
The research results include: (1) Through the construction of molecular ecological networks and cross-trophic level interaction network methods, the interdependence between microorganisms and between microorganisms and forest plants was quantified and the stability of the community was analyzed. The ecological mechanism of the annual average temperature controlling the distribution pattern of forest microorganisms was clarified, and the response characteristics of the species interaction network to environmental factors such as temperature were revealed. (2) It was found that the diversity of bacteria, fungal communities and nitrogen-fixing functional bacteria all follow the ecological metabolism theory, proving that temperature is the main controlling factor of the latitudinal gradient pattern of forest soil microbial diversity. For the first time, the relationship between temperature and biodiversity was brought from the ground to the world of underground organisms. (3) By integrating big data and climate models, a data integration strategy combining macro and micro is proposed, and an ecological prediction model related to climate-microorganism-soil environment is formed.


迄今在各类SCI杂志上已发表研究论文200多篇,包括Science, PNAS, Nature Climate Change, Nature Microbiology等,文章总引用21000余次,H-index为71。2018-2022年连续五年获科睿唯安(Web of Science)全球高被引科学家,入选斯坦福大学全球2%高影响力学者。2019年中科院人才项目终期评估优秀。作为分子生态网络方法的创建人,最高单篇被引为1600余次。担任第三次全国土壤普查技术工作组成员、国际微生物生态学会(ISME)大使等学术兼职;任国家科技部重点研发项目以及荷兰、奥地利、瑞士等国家基金项目的评审专家。
So far, he has published more than 200 research papers in various SCI journals, including Science, PNAS, Nature Climate Change, Nature Microbiology, etc., with a total of more than 21,000 citations and an H-index of 71. He has been selected as a highly cited scientist by Clarivate Analytics (Web of Science) for five consecutive years from 2018 to 2022, and was selected as one of the 2% most influential scholars in the world at Stanford University. In 2019, the final evaluation of the talent project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was excellent. As the creator of the molecular ecological network method, the highest single article has been cited more than 1,600 times. He serves as a member of the technical working group of the third national soil census, an ambassador of the International Society of Microbial Ecology (ISME), and other academic part-time positions; he serves as a review expert for key R&D projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and national fund projects in the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and other countries.
