Performance evaluation is made only with Frappe latté product.
仅使用 Frappe latté 产品进行性能评估。
The 4 machines would be named as Group A & B during the whole test, with 2 machines in 1 group.
在整个测试过程中,这4台机器将被命名为A 组和B组,其中2台机器在1组中。
1 Cycle is made of:
1 个周期由以下部分组成:
Phase | Action |
1 | Assemble Group A onto the machines and run the machine with product at room temperature. |
2 | Disassemble Group B and put the components into the Freezer (-20℃) for 6 minutes, then take out the components and put into the ambient temperature water for 2 minutes. |
3 | Put the components into the dishwasher for cleaning. |
4 | Take out the components after finishing the cleaning and put them on the table for 20 minutes. |
5 | Assemble the components into the machines. |
6 | Repeat step 2, 3, 4 & 5 for 4 times. |
7 | Swap Group A & B. (No need to do the step 2 for the first time of those which are tested with product.) |
To sum-up, there is always 1 Group in the test of cleaning while the other group is running with product.

常规
The Sorbetteria 100 HMI is a human machine interface of Nescafe Frappelatte machine of Nestle. It is made with MCU control on a ARM® 32-bit Cortex®-M3 CPU, AC/DC PSU, and 128*64 resolution LCD. The HMI is composed of one LCD and 2 mechanical buttons on the right of LCD that is backlighted by one white LED.

Main external part of the HMI module. The part can protect the LCD and waterproof. The middle area is translucent so that the LCD displays.

Rubber key

The part is the button internal part. It is made of silicon rubber with a milky translucent color. It is used as a spring to control the button movement. A small pin is located on the bottom to press on the metal dome switch that is on the PCB, so that contact is made when button is pressed. Finally, it is also used as a light guide/diffuser for the middle pictogram of buttons.

The part is the LCD panel internal part. It is made of the plastic with a black color. It is used to fix the LCD component and the two buttons. The black color is in order to prevent light-leaking.

The button activation force must be in range 170g to 270g

The MCU used on the main board is a ST STM32F105RCT6. The STM32F105RCT6 device can be programmed using the dedicated J23 connector.

LEDs

The LED is used for the backlight of two buttons. There are two LEDs for each button in order to light is uniform. In normal the LED is on, in tips case the LED will flashing each 1s.
