• With the study complete, Formula E will share the Event Specification, the manual for producing a Formula E event, with which the potential host city can start to evaluate cost requirements for producing an event.

• Submissions should be sent via email to CitiesDevelopment@fiaformulae.com by the end of February.

• If an agreement is signed, Formula E will submit the City in the proposed list of calendar dates to the FIA in March of the year preceding the start of the Championship in question. The FIA is ultimately responsible for selecting the Championship calendar.
