A Business report is defined as a document that contains factual

information, statistical data, and research findings.

A) Types of Business reports.

1- Analytical Reports: To analyze to make decisions (sales drop).

2- Informational Reports: To give plain facts ( the number of employees

in the company).

3- Research Reports: Use a research for a big change (New product line)

4- Explanatory Reports: to explain your project to the team ( facts /findings

/ conclusions), use simple words.

5- Progress Reports: to tell about the updates in the company (past /

present).

B) How to write a business report?
