制作進行はアニメ業界における入りロの役職です。アニメ制作を1話単位で全体を見渡して，制作工程を滞りなく進めていくマネージメント（管理•連絡•調整 etc．）業務の担当者であり， その後のキャリアでは，制作デスク，プロデューサー，演出，シナリオライター，監督などの様々 な役職に繋がつています。
Production progress is the position of entry and loss in the anime industry. anime person in charge of management (management, communication, coordination, etc.) that oversees the entire production of one episode at a time and proceeds smoothly in the production process, and in the subsequent career, he has been connected to various positions such as production desk, producer, director, screenwriter, director, etc.
そのため，「制作進行になりたい」という言葉ではなく，「将来監督になるために制作進行から成長したい」というような言葉で考えてほしいと思います。また制作進行を長く続けることは限 りなく難しいです。10年，20年と続けられる仕事ではありません。必ず将来の夢を見つけてく ださい。もしくはクリエイトしたいのかマネージメントしたいのかを見つけるようにしてくださ い。
For this reason, I would like you to think in terms such as "I want to grow from the production process so that I can become a director in the future" instead of the phrase "I want to be a production manager." Also, it is difficult to continue the production process for a long time. It's not a job that can last for 10 or 20 years. Be sure to find your dreams for the future. Or try to find out if you want to create or manage.

そして制作進行は将来の方向性に応じて現場で学ぶことが変わります。こなさなければならな い仕事は変わりませんが，絵コンテの読み方一つにしてもプロデューサーを目指す人と演出を目指す人では学ぶことが違います。簡単に言うとプロデューサーを目指す人は尺とカット数を確認 して予算との兼ね合いを考え，その中で面白い絵コンテなのかつまらない絵コンテなのかを判断 します。演出を目指すのであれば制限ある尺とカット数の中でどんなカット割りをしているのか， どんな演技をさせているのか？などをチェックして覚えながら制作を進めていきます。自分が将来どのようにアニメーションに関わり，どのような作品を制作していくのかを考えていただきた いと思います。
And what you learn on the job will change depending on the future direction of the production process. The work that has to be done is the same, but even if it is just one way to read a storyboard, there is a difference in learning between a person who wants to be a producer and a person who wants to be a director. To put it simply, aspiring producers check the length and number of cuts, think about the balance with the budget, and then decide whether the storyboard is interesting or boring. If you are aiming to direct, what kind of cuts do you make within the limited length and number of cuts, and what kind of acting do you have them do? We will proceed with the production while checking and memorizing such things. I would like you to think about how you will be involved in anime in the future and what kind of works you will create.

本書は制作進行の業務の標準化に向けて，株式会社トリガーの㚈本和也氏による「アニメーショ ン制作における制作進行の座学本」からご提供いただいたデータをもとに，日本動画協会 人材育成委員会でマニュアルとしてまとめたものです。
This book was compiled as a manual by the Human Resource Development Committee of the Japan Association of Animations based on the data provided by Mr. Kazuya Omoto of Trigger Co., Ltd. from the "Classroom Lecture on Production Progress in Anime Production" to standardize production progress.

制作進行の仕事は，各社でやり方が変わることもありますので，このマニュアルは一例として役に立てていただければと思います。皆さんが制作進行の仕事を通じて成長し，今後のアニメ業界を支える人材になるための一助となればと願っています。
