How it works

该滤波器是有X电容、共模电感、Y电容、吸收电阻构成的Π型低通滤波器。
The filter is a π-type low-pass filter consisting of an X capacitor, a common mode inductor, a Y capacitor, and an absorption resistor.

功能

主要在EMI测试抑制作用。
It is mainly used in EMI test inhibition.

连接电源线、线束的电源。
Connect the power supply to the power cord and harness.

测U1-L2电阻：＜0.1Ω ，万用表二极管档测量导通即可

测U3-N4电阻：＜0.1Ω
U3-N4 resistance: <0.1Ω

在整机上过滤220V50Hz电网中内、外部的高频共模、差模干扰信号，使整机在稳定的电网环境下运行
The high-frequency common-mode and differential-mode interference signals in and out of the 220V50Hz power grid are filtered on the whole machine, so that the whole machine can operate in a stable power grid environment

1-外筒作为整机支撑部件固定在墙上;
1-The outer cylinder is fixed on the wall as a supporting part of the whole machine;

2-外筒作为存放水和衣物的容器;

3-内筒作为运动部件，拨动水与衣服实现洗涤功能;

压力传感器
Pressure sensors

1. 结构：两线单电容，LC振荡电路；无内置芯片转换电路；

2.由弹簧、电感线圈、磁环、隔膜4个关机件组成；

3. After the coil is energized, the coil has an inherent output inductance L at a fixed position relative to the coil of the iron core, and the pressure sensor inputs a frequency signal to the washing machine CPU through an LC oscillation circuit: f=1/[2π (LC) 1/2].

当水位变化时，隔膜受力上浮/下降，电感变化导致频率成倒数关系变化。从而反应桶内水位变化。
When the water level changes, the diaphragm floats/falls under force, and the inductance changes resulting in a reciprocal change in frequency. This reflects the change of water level in the barrel.

负载检测与振动监测
Load detection and vibration monitoring

1.有负载偏载检测功能，也有振动检测功能

2.负载偏载检测是通过电机驱动板，电流检测；

注意事项
Precautions

在拆卸前，拔下电源插头；
Before dismantling, unplug the power supply;

导线不要碰到螺钉等尖锐部件，避免划伤导线的绝缘皮，导致漏电；
Do not touch the wire with sharp parts such as screws to avoid scratching the insulating skin of the wire, resulting in leakage;

取下线束；
Remove the wiring harness;

去除固定海绵，即可分离前外壳和门玻璃
By removing the fixing sponge, the front housing and door glass can be separated

卸下两枚螺丝，拆除门锁。
Remove the two screws and remove the door lock.

用一字螺丝刀轻轻撬出喇叭；
Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry out the horn;

拔出插线，取下喇叭。
Unplug the plug-in cord and remove the horn.

拔下进水阀上的接线端子；
Unplug the terminal block on the inlet valve;

拔出蓝卡，拔下进水管；
Pull out the blue card and unplug the water inlet pipe;

夹开软管上的夹箍；
Clamp the clamp on the hose;

用一字螺丝刀撬开软管；
Pry the hose open with a flathead screwdriver;

拆下2颗螺丝即可拆下进水阀。
The inlet valve can be removed by removing 2 screws.

用十字螺丝刀将牵引器上的3颗螺钉拆下用尖嘴钳夹住排水管管夹，让排水阀从水管上剥离；
Remove the 3 screws on the retractor with a Phillips screwdriver, clamp the drain pipe clamp with needle-nose pliers, and let the drain valve peel off the water pipe;

拔出插线，割断扎带，分离牵引器。
Unplug the plug-in cable, cut the cable tie, and detach the tractor.

松开夹箍；
Loosen the clamp;

卸下螺丝；
Remove the screws;
