维护工作前的操作
在不拆除电源线的情况下进行维护工作时,可能会出现触电的情况。
- 磁性驱动器等磁性物体必须远离BillVALIDATOR单元、SH-ZERO模块。传感器可能被磁化并发生故障。

常见工作
拧紧螺钉的扭矩
M3时:0.59N・m(6 kgf・cm)M4时:1.18N・m(12kgf・cm)
轴用螺钉
拧紧和拆卸螺丝时,请将小螺丝刀*放入轴上的孔中,以免移动轴。
*直径:小于 3mm
轴承夹
拆卸以下轴承夹时,请先取下它的两侧耳,然后再取下。
设置Bearingclip 时,请确认以下内容。
- 推时发出声音
- 两只耳朵都设置在板上
设置有Pin 的传感器
T 传感器(T)T 传感器(D)
(黑色)(透明度)
[删除]
(1) 将传感器抬起 (2) 当传感器无法移除时,将平头驱动器放入空心处(最大5 毫米)以将其抬起。
[设置]
匹配照明点和接收点、引脚和孔、盖子上的孔等各个部分,然后推动传感器。
确认板组到销的凹槽。(详细信息显示在 下一页。
用平头驱动器推动Plate,将其安装到 Pin 的凹槽中。注意)确认 Plate 设置为 Pin的凹槽时的声音。
拉动Sensor数次以确认其完全设置。
[添加]
(5) 电路板上电缆连接器的处理。
【控制板(RM228】】
从电路板上拆下连接器时,检查固定电路板的螺丝是否正常。否则,力将对板子产生影响,板子可能会受到冲击。
(*1) 外壳CN14
①
捏合左右锁((1)),从电路板上垂直拉动((2))。
(*2) 外壳 CN22,CN24,CN26
捏住G线 ((1)) 正面的锁,从电路板((2)) 上垂直拉出。
(*3) 外壳 CN11,CN12,CN17
用钉子捏住电缆连接器前面的锁销((1)),从电路板上垂直拉出((2))。(*4) 外壳CN4、CN4EX

捏住电缆连接器 ((1)) 左侧的锁销,从电路板((2)) 垂直拉出。
【接口板(RM244)】
从电路板上拆下连接器时,检查固定电路板的螺丝是否正常。否则,力将对板子产生影响,板子可能会受到冲击。

平板电脑设置部件(TABLET-BS ASSY)
去除 [SP308L] 并去除 [TBCV] 和 [TB-SUB
CV]。
打开[TOP-CVASSY]升降顶盖
打开杠杆'.
松开 [TB-SET-P] 背面的四个 [SP306L]
ASSY]。
将 [TB-S-FIX-ASSY] 和平板电脑移动到
指示方向并拔下连接到平板电脑的 AC适配器和USB 电缆。
注意)将电缆按指示方向拔下,不要对连接器施加压力。
将 [TB-T-FIX ASSY] 滑动至指示位置
direction,remove[Tablet].
注意)小心不要跌倒[TB-T-FIXASSY]。
移除[TableAC适配器电缆]和[TableUSB]
电缆]来自[CLAMP-Y-003]。
删除三个 [BINDM4-6],然后删除 [TB-SET-P]
ASSY],同时用手握住[TB-SET-PASSY]以免掉落。
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。

(1) 将电缆放入夹子中,然后将 [TB-SET-PASSY] 设置到Sorter。
平板电脑 USB数据线
根据第3.1 章删除 [TABLET-BSASSY]。
根据第4.1至 4.4 章删除以下内容。
-[DRV-SIDECASE],[R-DRV-SIDECASE],[REJCT
CASE],[HOPPERCASE]
从 [平板电脑的 USB数据线] 中取出“夹子”和“磨边鞍”。
从“Clamp”中取出 [USBcableforTablet],然后
在背面的“磨边鞍座”上,取下[INTERFACEBOARD(RM244)]上连接的“CN3”连接器。
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。

(1)调整电缆长度,从USB连接器到前面的磨边鞍座 180±10mm,并调整
按照背面指示的方式布线。
平板电脑用 AC 适配器电缆
根据第3.1 章删除 [TABLET-BSASSY]。
根据第4.1至 4.4 章删除以下内容。
-[DRV 侧案例],[R-DRV-SIDECASE],[REJCT
CASE],[HOPPERCASE]
从前面的“Clamp”和“Edgingsaddle”上取下 [ACadapterforTablet] 电缆。
按顺序删除以下内容。
[平板电脑用 AC 适配器]背面的“Clamp”和“Edgingsaddle”电缆
[平板电脑用 AC适配器]来自[ACCONNECTORModule]
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。

(1)调整电缆长度,从AC适配器到前面的包边鞍座150±10mm,并按照背面指示的方向调整电缆。
外盖
LF-THIN-CS2_ASM
打开副前盖。
OP-TOP-AD_COV2
(3)去掉[OP-TOP-AD_COV2]up。
DRV-ADD_COVER2
拆下1 个 [SP308L] 和 [DRV-ADD_COVER2]
DRV-SIDE_CASE
取出7 X[SP308L]。
删除 [DRV-SIDECASE]。

(1) 确认[SP308L]已完全拧紧,以免在分拣机中掉落。
R-DRV 侧外壳
取出4 X[SP308L]。
删除 [R-DRV-SIDECASE]。

拒绝案例
按顺序删除以下内容。
-[SP308L]
-[结核病 CV],[TB-SUBCV]
删除 [SP308L]。
拆下3 个 [SP308L]。 (4) 删除[REJECTCASE]。
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。

设置 [REJECTCASE] 时,将 [UT-PKT-STGD11] 从 [REJECTCASE] 中取出。
设置 [REJECTCASE] 时,将电缆、“USB电缆”和“AC适配器电缆”穿过 [REJECTCASE] 的切割部分 ,以免夹在帧之间。
料斗案例
拉动 [F-DUST-BOX-ASSY]。
取出3 X[SP308L]。 (3)移除 [HOPPERCASE]。

(1) 设置 [HOPPERCASE] 时,将卡爪设置到 [HOPPERCASE] 的突出部分。
TOP-CV总成
根据第3.1 章删除 [Tablet] 和 [TABLET-BSASSY]。
打开[TOP-CVASSY]并向上升降“顶盖打开杆”。
拆下两个 [SH310],然后取下 [杠杆盖]。 (4)拆下
右侧。
拆下 [TOP-CVASSY] 背面的两个 [SP308L] 和 [SH310]。
拆下 [TOP-CVASSY] 背面的两个 [SP308L] 和 [SH310]。
删除[TOP-CVASSY]。
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。
<<autions>>
(1) 将 [TOP-CVASSY] 的两个爪子设置为 [BRGRR081235CP],并设置 [TOP-CVASSY]。
FR-LO-CV2总成
(1) 拆下2 个 [SP408L]。(2) 按指示方向拆下 [FR-LO-CV2总成]。
(3) 拆下两个 [SP408L] (4) 按指示方向拆下 [FTL-CVASSY]。
它与 disassembly的顺序相反。
FRT-CV总成
根据 [Tablet] 和 [TABLET-BSASSY] 移除
到第3.1 章。
删除 [REJECTCASE],根据第4.6 章。
根据第4.7 章删除 [HOPPERCASE]。(4) 打开[FTL-CVASSY]。
将“侧盖打开杆”打开[LFT-CVASSY]或[LF-THIN-CSASSY]拉至箭头方向。
提起“顶盖打开杆”并打开[TOP-CVASSY]。
取出五个 [SP308L]。(8) 打开 [FR-TILT-CS-ASSY] 并取出 [4500001-306]。
[如何组装]这是拆卸顺序的相反顺序。

设置 [FRT-CVASSY] 时,先拧紧指示的 [SP308L],然后再 拧紧其他 [SP308L]。
将[CN3-CN1CBL]通过[FRT-CVASSY]的切割部分连接到[7SEGASSY],以免夹在帧之间。
组装单位
SH-ZERO模块
根据第 4.1 章和第 4.9 章删除 [LF-THIN-CS2_ASM] 和 [FR-LO-CV2组件]。
拆下背面的两个 [SP308L],然后拆下 [INNERCV3]。
移除连接到 [SH-ZEROMODULE] 的 [USB/A-BCBL]、[RM228-RM230_CBL_ASM] 和 [ZEROPOWERCBL]。
移除时,请先移除连接器锁
[RM228-RM230_CBL_ASM] 和 [ZEROPOWERCBL]。
松开背面的 [SP306L]。
将 [LT-ID-PY-BK2ASM] 旋转到指示的方向。
拧紧 [SP306L] 以设置 [LT-ID-PY-BK2ASM]。
将 [BELT60S2M244GB] 拉向并移除它。 (6) 拆下2 个 [SP308L]。
(7) 拆下两个 [SP308L]。(8) 提起“锁定杆”[LT-SUB-FRONTASM(TP1)]
,然后将上导板向左滑动。
按住“锁定杆”打开上导板
在[LT-SUB-REARASM(TP2)]中。
将 [SH-ZEROMODULE] 稍微抬起,然后
删除它。
