Investigation and Research on Enterprise Digital Quality Management in the Contextof Quality4.0
abstract
introduce
With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, the concept of Industry 4.0 proposed by Germany at the Hanover Messe in 2013 has far-reaching influence. With the widespread popularity and application of the Internet, consumer demand has become more diversified, the boundaries between products and experiences have gradually blurred, the definition of quality has changed from the traditional "compliance with requirements" to "customer perceived value", quality management has risen to the strategic function level, and quality 4.0 has emerged. In the context of Quality 4.0, enterprise digital quality management is of great significance. It can integrate quality data, processes, tools and methods, identify and solve quality problems in a timely manner through data analysis and monitoring, reduce production costs and defective rates, and achieve more refined management. At the same time, it helps enterprises achieve more flexible production and supply chain management [91] and quickly respond to market changes and customer needs. However, enterprises face many problems when implementing digital quality management. Data integration is facing great challenges, enterprise information system construction is fragmented, data definitions and formats are different among different departments and systems, which makes data difficult, and the migration, cleaning and standardization of historical data [11] is extremely large, complex and arduous. The automation level of data acquisition and analysis is low, manual data entry is not only inefficient, error-prone and easy to be modified, it is difficult to meet the requirements of quality management for real-time and accuracy, but it is difficult to implement automatic data acquisition in an all-round way, with high investment and coordination difficulties. Data security and privacy protection issues are prominent [30], quality management digitization involves a large number of sensitive transmission and storage, there is a high risk of data leakage and unexpected access and use, it is urgent to establish a perfect data security management system and emergency plan. In addition, it is difficult to coordinate the industrial chain, and factors such as system differences and conflicts of interest among different enterprises increase the difficulty of collaborative operation and information sharing upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Based on this, many scholars have studiedthe development of sustainable lean production framework for manufacturing industry based on Lean Six Sigma and practice-based perspective theory when building theoretical system [13], in which quality management system is the primary focus area. In this process, not only the key performance indicators commonly used in the global manufacturing field are determined, the responsibilities and authorities of measurement and evaluation in the quality management system are clarified, but also the graphical model of the quality management system based on capabilities is constructed [28]. At the same time, with the help of structural equation model [12] and other advanced methods, the relationship among total quality management, organizational learning activities and enterprise performance is deeply analyzed to explore the partial mediation effect of organizational learning activities. In addition, 14 management capabilities [70] that play a key role in supporting Industry 4.0 are identified, and behavior descriptors are assigned to them one by one to construct corresponding capability models.
In particular, this study focuses on a core group of quality management professionals to investigate their background in meeting Industry 4.0enterprise digital quality management. High-quality professionals need to be all-rounder. In the category of technical ability, it is necessary to be able to control huge process data, accurately interpret and transform it into the basis of strategic decision-making [29], skillfully use cutting-edge technologies such as AR tools, and always build a strong barrier to data security; In terms of method ability, it is necessary to be familiar with the tricks of data traceability, screening credible learning resources, and solving complex problems with the help of new tools; On the new collaborative virtual platform, in the face of multi-site, supplier and customer crisscross complex communication network,[91] rely on excellent social skills to ensure smooth communication of information; in the decentralized work environment, also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, bold decisions, andbe able to adapt to a variety of workplaces, time planning and frequent work changes. [30]Unfortunately, questionnaires and interviews with key personnel reveal that current quality professionals have some deficiencies in their new roles in Industry 4.0. The implementation of new technologies relies more on innovation teams at headquarters than quality professionals, which has also been confirmed by the head of operations, revealing the gap between the capabilities of quality professionals and the needs of the industry. How to fill this gap and let quality professionals play a key role in the process of enterprise digital quality management [64] has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the above research results, this paper will explore the practicalquality4.0enterprise digital quality management status, and promote the effective implementation of digital quality management under the quality 4.0 background.
goal
From the perspective of enterprise as a whole, this paper studiesthe practice and application of enterprise digital quality management under the background of quality 4.0, understands whether enterprises participate in the trend of industry4.0, and analyzes whether quality professionals recognize the meaning and function of quality 4.0 from the perspective of internal employees.
method
This study uses online survey, collected497enterprise quality executives and quality engineers questionnaire, through the enterprise quality managers and quality technical personnel and other groups of surveys, analysis of questionnaire data to understandthe impact of quality 4.0 on enterprise digital quality management.
result
75.5%of employees agree that their company participates in Industry4.0trend,22.22%of employees are neutral, and the remaining few employees think that their company does not participate in Industry4.0 trend. 75.5% of quality personnel agreed that they participated in quality 4.0 and played an important role, 22.51% of quality personnel maintained a neutral attitude, and others disagreed that they participated in quality 4.0 and played an important role. As a quality professional, 78.63% of the people agreed with understanding the meaning of quality 4.0,17.38%of the people maintained a neutral attitude, and the remaining 3.98% of the quality professionals thought that they did not understand the meaning of quality 4.0.
discussion
With the continuous progress of science and technology and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprise digital quality management has become an important driving force for enterprise development. Quality 4.0, as a new stage of digital quality management, leads the new trend of enterprise quality management. According to the questionnaire data, most companies participated in the innovation of Industry4.0andplayed an important role in Quality 4.0, but there are still some companies that did not participate, quality professionals do not even understandthe meaning of Quality 4.0, with the development of the times, Quality4.0is an inevitable trend[66].
conclusion
Quality is not only a requirement for products, but also a cornerstone for the survival and development of enterprises. In the fierce market competition, the importance of quality 4.0 for enterprises is self-evident, industry4.0is inevitable innovation, a large number of enterprises keep up with the pace of innovation, but there are still some enterprises stop staying, quality professionals do not even understandthe meaning of quality 4.0d, such a situation is not ideal.
