The main duty of teachers is to facilitate learning. In order to fulfil this objective, specific values are needed to define the outlines of the teaching profession and ensure fruitful results.
الواجب الرئيسي للمعلمين هو تسهيل التعلم. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف ، هناك حاجة إلى قيم محددة لتحديد الخطوط العريضة لمهنة التدريس وضمان نتائج مثمرة.
Adhering to the code of conduct guarantees a learning environment where the relationship among teachers, students, guardians, society, and authorities is based on mutual respect, trust, commitment and loyalty.
يضمن الالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك بيئة تعليمية تقوم فيها العلاقة بين المعلمين والطلاب والأوصياء والمجتمع والسلطات على الاحترام المتبادل والثقة والالتزام والولاء.
Based on this set of values, teachers shall practice their profession according to definite standards which can be stated as follows:
وبناء على هذه المجموعة من القيم، يجب على المعلمين ممارسة مهنتهم وفقا لمعايير محددة يمكن ذكرها على النحو التالي:
- Teachers and Students المعلمون والطلاب
1.1. Teachers shall plan, prepare and deliver the lessons with to assure the unit learning goals are completely achieved.
1.1. يجب على المعلمين تخطيط الدروس وإعدادها وتسليمها لضمان تحقيق أهداف تعلم الوحدة بالكامل.
1.2. Teachers shall be trustworthy so that students can refer to them in case they face any problem or difficulty.
1.2. يجب أن يكون المعلمون جديرين بالثقة حتى يتمكن الطلاب من الرجوع إليهم في حالة مواجهة أي مشكلة أو صعوبة.
1.3. Teachers shall demonstrate loyalty to the rules and laws of the organization they work for as they are role models for their students.
1.3. يجب على المعلمين إظهار الولاء لقواعد وقوانين المنظمة التي يعملون بها لأنهم قدوة لطلابهم.
- Teachers and Guardians المعلمون والأوصياء
2.1. Teachers shall keep the guardians up-to-date regarding any behavioral change shown by their students.
2.1. يجب على المعلمين إبقاء أولياء الأمور على اطلاع دائم بأي تغيير سلوكي يظهره طلابهم.
2.2. Teachers shall involve the guardians in the teaching process by sending them regular notes concerning their children educational progress.
2.2. يجب على المعلمين إشراك الأوصياء في عملية التدريس من خلال إرسال ملاحظات منتظمة إليهم بشأن التقدم التعليمي لأطفالهم.
2.3. Teaches shall listen to the complaints of the guardians, respect their points of view, and discuss with them all possible solutions open-mindedly.
2.3. يجب على المعلمين الاستماع إلى شكاوى الأوصياء واحترام وجهات نظرهم ومناقشة جميع الحلول الممكنة معهم بتفكير منفتح.
- Teachers and Colleagues المعلمون والزملاء
3.1. Teachers shall maintain a relationship based on respect with the less experienced colleagues and share their professional experiences with them.
3.1. يجب على المعلمين الحفاظ على علاقة قائمة على الاحترام مع الزملاء الأقل خبرة ومشاركة خبراتهم المهنية معهم.
3.2. Teachers shall report the abusive behaviors of their colleagues to administration. Abusive behaviors include sexual harassment, usage of physical violence as a way of punishment, and racist lingual expressions.

4.1. Teachers shall take into consideration the differences in any society including the religious, social and national backgrounds and they shall not accordingly violate the principles of the community which they are part of its educational system.

4.2. Teachers shall be trustworthy by the society and set an example with their integrity and commitment.

- Teachers and Authority المعلمون والسلطة
5.1. Teachers shall abide by the rules and laws set by the educational authorities.

5.2. Teachers shall inform the teaching board of the disciplinary measures they need to use with their students.
5.2. يجب على المعلمين إبلاغ مجلس التدريس بالتدابير التأديبية التي يحتاجون إلى استخدامها مع طلابهم.
5.3. Teachers shall always refer to authorities in case they are exposed to sexual, psychological, physical harassment by their students or colleagues.
5.3. يجب على المعلمين دائما الرجوع إلى السلطات في حالة تعرضهم للتحرش الجنسي أو النفسي أو الجسدي من قبل طلابهم أو زملائهم.
Due to the essential role of this code of conducts in creating a safe and productive learning environment for all members participating in the educational process; it must be acknowledged by all teachers upon being approved to practice their profession.
نظرا للدور الأساسي لمدونة قواعد السلوك هذه في خلق بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومنتجة لجميع الأعضاء المشاركين في العملية التعليمية. يجب أن يعترف به جميع المعلمين عند الموافقة على ممارسة مهنتهم.
