We have examined our justice systems and established that such systems are needed because of breaches in criminal and civil law.

Our court system provides for the resolution of disputes, also known as litigation.

Litigation refers to the process of resolving disputes through traditional court proceedings in both criminal and civil cases. In litigation, the parties involved present their case before a court of law, and a judge or jury makes a final decision based on the presented evidence and applicable laws.

In a criminal case, litigation involves the prosecution of an individual by the state or government for an alleged criminal offence. The prosecution presents evidence to prove the guilt of the accused, and the accused has the opportunity to present a defence. The court ultimately determines the guilt or innocence of the accused and, if necessary, imposes appropriate penalties or sentences.
