迪卢克：外出走走还要挑时间么？我就住在晨曦酒庄，到家附近散步没什么奇怪的。
Is there such a thing? Dawn Winery is my home. It's not unusual for me to take walks in the area.
迪卢克：若非如此……也不会发现这件事。
I just happened to be in the right place at the right time... that's all.

What looks like the teeth and femur of a human. Now, it does beg the question... If the burial was fresh, why is this all that remains of the body? But, I suppose Mr. Albedo is the only one who can answer that.

Hahaha... About what? The fact that my tavern-hopping, nomad of a friend is Barbatos himself?

塔利雅：人造人失控，丧失理智，做出伤害他人的疯狂举动。小说会这么写，自然也有人会这么想。
A synthetic being loses control of their sanity and goes on a killing spree... That's how a novel would frame the story, and people are inclined to agree.
派蒙：说起来，我记得阿贝多讲过，人类不只渴望超越与奇迹，也很需要「平凡」。
Albedo has told us before that humans often value the "ordinary" over the "transcendent" and "miraculous."
塔利雅：与我不同，即为异类。非常普遍的现象。
And the slightest "difference" is perceived as "other" — a very common phenomenon.

温迪：回答你们好奇的事。如果要巴巴托斯来说，这回的故事算得上必经的考验。
Oh, just making a comment. There are always unavoidable trials in life. At least, that's what Barbatos would say.
温迪：有人得想办法跨越难关了。在命运面前，七执政也应予以尊重。
A certain someone is going to need to overcome a trial like that. In such cases, even the Seven know better than to tamper with fate.
（know better than to do sth = to be wise or moral enough not to do sth 明事理（而不至于做某事））
温迪：不过，唉，哪位好心人能去帮帮那位亲爱的朋友呢？万一他真有个三长两短，遭遇不测，蒙德大概不会好过哦。
*sigh* If only there was a brave soul willing to aid their friend in his time of need? Should he meet a terrible fate, all of Mondstadt could be worse for it.

That's a rather dismissive way to refer to an innocent man speaking in his own defense. Besides, I'm not making excuses — I'm exercising patience.

阿贝多：我更愿意相信，等待是一种技巧。有些事不会自然浮现出来，总得有什么人把遮盖其上的积雪拂掉才行。
Perhaps not, but patience comes with its own reward. It's easy for things to remain buried in snow... until someone comes along and brushes it away.

派蒙：不过说真的，我被吓得不轻呢，第一次审判的时候阿贝多都没怎么找到有利于自己的证据，几乎都是那个冒牌货在说。
Honestly, this whole situation almost gave Paimon a heart attack! All those awful accusations in the first trial, and you couldn't even defend yourself!
阿贝多：嗯，是预期中的。如果我解释得太过具体，例如死者不是人类，难免会被对方反咬一口。
It was to be expected. I couldn't just reveal the truth. It had to be at the right moment, or it would have given the imposter even more fuel to use against me.
阿贝多：而涉及到雪山生物的伪装手法，她肯定会追问我为什么知道这些。万一抖出我的真实身份，容易使我失去社会意义上的信任。
She would have demanded to know how I knew about Dragonspine and the monsters in disguise. And, if my true identity got out, the public's trust in me would be gone.
阿贝多：那样反而是中了他们的圈套，反驳就会被迫暴露身世，不反驳则背负杀人罪名。它们也考虑了很多。
It was a trap, you see — argue back, and expose my origins, or keep my mouth shut, and be seen as a murderer. Credit where credit is due, it was well thought out.
（credit where credit is due = praise should be given when it is deserved, even if one is reluctant to give it）

Of course! I was out on the city wall for quite some time. I heard all sorts of things. As for something notable, well... I picked up on anxious voices and a child's anger.
阿贝多：故事中的二号，其情感被杜林吸收，让与世隔绝的杜林对如今这个世界稍微有了认识，譬如，它已经不是母亲唯一的孩子了。
Durin has been isolated for centuries, but absorbing Subject Two's emotions allowed him to understand certain truths about this world and his existence, including the fact that he's no longer mother's only child.
阿贝多：它可能还得知了自己也不是完美作品，这显然让它无法接受。因此，它产生了一种非常真实的情感。
Or her most perfect creation. It's obvious he found that fact difficult to accept. The emotions he felt in response were quite genuine and, dare l say, human.
阿贝多：「除掉完美体，母亲只需要我一个孩子就够了」。这样的思维被杜林的生存和竞争本能催生出来，影响与它有关的人。
"If I eliminate the 'perfect' creation, I will be the only child mother needs." This mindset arose out of Durin's instinct to compete and survive, and came to dominate all those around him.
阿贝多：指控我，是它模仿二号思维做出的最智慧行为。
Of course, the absorption of Subject Two's knowledge allowed him to take a more intelligent approach — accusing me of murder.
阿贝多：可归根结底，杜林并不具有高度社会化的能力，它的衍生物能做到这一步，已经是奇迹了。
In the end, however, Durin still lacks sufficient social intelligence. The fact that his "army" even got this far is a miracle.

In divination, the Chariot card is depicted with two heavenly steeds — one black and one white — symbolizing the alchemical principle of balancing opposing properties.

A rare sample resulting from the alchemical activation of a substance. The "Queen" was once known as the "Minister," but as the rules of the game evolved, it grew to become the most powerful piece and a representation of the authority of the family behind the throne — a true symbol of gilded royalty. Perhaps the promotion of an ordinary foot soldier shares some similarities with the transmutation of matter, yet even should they manage to turn to gold, the most a pawn might hope for is to be represented by an upturned rook.

A long time ago, she sent me to Mondstadt, with the instruction to complete a task of monumental importance: to find the truth of the world.

I had a theory about what she meant, and in time, I was able to corroborate it. Sure enough, "finding the truth of the world" basically stood for "getting a life."

That might be easy for most people. But for someone like me, it meant doing a lot of learning about a lot of things.

"Life" is the space that exists between me and the world. To become truly human, I had to inhabit that space.

So, for an artificial human, finding a life is, in some sense, equivalent to finding the truth of the world.

So that's what she meant, huh? Well, no wonder those monsters wanted to infiltrate the city and replace you. They wanted your life for themselves!

Being alive is just existing, but having a life is what makes you truly human. I think that's the message she wanted to get across to me.

Most people would probably see the events of the last few days as something out of a nightmare. But for me, it's just part of my family life.

I fear that the carefree existence my brother has enjoyed this far will now come to an end. Just like me, he will have to step into the world and face the same constraints as everyone else.
