Let’s take a look at the two different ways you can get leverage out of the frameworks you acquire and/or create using AI.
The first way you can acquire frameworks is by learning them—just like you’re doing here.
You can acquire frameworks from other people by:
Taking niche online courses
Consuming books, download templates or assets
Following creators with original frameworks
Etc.
And as you learn the framework, you can then tailor those frameworks to new and different audiences, industries, platforms, or topics.
For example: we share our Ship 30 for 30 frameworks all the time on Twitter:
Which means you could very easily “learn” these frameworks from us, and then turn around and leverage those frameworks in new ways—applying new to new & different audiences, problems, etc.
So, who is someone you follow on X or LinkedIn? Who is an author you love? What is a course you have purchased recently (maybe this one!) What frameworks have you learned?
Take the framework and recognize: you can not only apply it to a new & different audience, but you can train AI on the framework you’ve just learned.
If on one side of the barbell is acquiring a framework, then on the other side is creating your own.
And the way you create a framework is by asking yourself, “How did I do what I just did?” Whatever you do, pause, and ask, “What happened?”
What questions did you ask?
What steps did you take?
What assets did you create?
For example: let’s say you work at a big company. Anytime your manager says, “Go do X…” don’t just do the task. Ask yourself, “How do I do this?” Then break it apart into steps. Because when you take the time to break something apart into steps, what you’re really doing is creating a “framework” for doing that thing over and over again.
And if you can teach it to a human, you can teach it to AI.
A template for writing ebooks about dating?
A spreadsheet that determines the value of a single-family rental property?
A calendar template to organize your writing schedule?
Regardless of your niche, real-estate, personal finance, data science, non-profits, etc, you can take something you’ve created for yourself, your job, or even an every day task and leverage AI to get it done.
And when you can do something for yourself, you can teach it other people—just like you’ve learned a framework for building frameworks in this post. Take what you learned (acquire the framework), then apply it to your niche and teach it.
This is the game.
This is how you go from consumer to creator.
You have frameworks that are helpful (and sellable)—and you can leverage AI to accelerate the process.
