All of them were submitted to PMC for review on time. PMC has put forward opinions, the contractor has coordinated with the subcontractor, and the subcontractor has made timely revisions and resubmitted them for PMC review.

Next month, for the documents submitted to PMC for review, if PMC raises any comments, the contractor will coordinate with the subcontractor to have the subcontractor revise and resubmit the documents to PMC for review in a timely manner until PMC feels that there is no problem.

Resumes of key personnel (such as Quality Manager, Responsible Designer, Environmental Manager, and HSE Manager) have been submitted for approval. Additional recruitment will be conducted to ensure all project requirements are met.

The general contractor has selected the new office building in Airport City as its project headquarters, with expected handover by October 2025.

The Contractor has completed a detailed survey of all buildings and structures scheduled for demolition along the alignment, with particular attention to newly designated areas within the land acquisition redline boundary, and has compiled a verified demolition inventory.

The contractor has hired HSE Group as a consultant organization for this project, with Li He as the Head of HSE department, Božo Kotlaja as an HSSE Manager and Željko Karapandžić as a OSH Consultant.

During this period, there were no Environmental major accidents, but there was an incident recorded on site. There was a rupture of the pipe during geological investigation. The consequences of the incident are reflected in the social aspect. The population was in the interruption of the water supply and the interruption of traffic.

The Contractor continued routine compliance practices by preparing weekly environmental reports and completing site inspection checklists following project requirements.
