1. Introduction

Sri Lanka Telecom PLC has prepared this technical specification with a view of standardizing the PSTN single line phone. Device will be used for the delivery of Voice services to the SLT customers. However, SLT prefer to have long term partnership based on the performance of the supplier. SLT invites well establish suppliers with field proven branded product for the tender.
