6. Operational procedures:


6.1 P1 Produce a report on the planning and design of the production line body


6.1.1 Sources of information on the planning and design of production line bodies


6.1.1.1 Production line body construction requirements when the new product development engineering PE holds a project meeting;


6.1.1.2 When involved in cost reduction activities or capacity improvement activities;


6.1.1.3 When changes in product technology or production technology are involved.


6.2 P2 Audit


The person in charge of planning and designing the production line body (engineering IE) makes a planning report and informs the superior (engineering supervisor/manager/director) by e-mail for review, and modifies or executes the planning program according to the review comments of the leader.


6.3 P3 line body construction


The Engineering IE fills out the Construction Request Form and the Line Planning Requirement Form and gives the request form to the Public Works Group. And complete the line body according to the following steps

6.3.1 IE first according to the product process to build the workbench, generally according to the product process line body into the "I" type or "U" type or "L" type arrangement;


6.3.2 After the IE builds a good workbench, the work team according to the IE's request for the line body to connect the electricity, gas, air duct, human body static electricity line, equipment static electricity line, workbench lamps and other needs put forward by the IE;


Public Works Wire Body Build Requirements:


When the wire body is connected to the air pipe/wire/electrostatic line, its alignment is along the edge of the working table from the ceiling through the plastic wire pipe down the line, and in the lower part of the working table to arrange the alignment groove (including the air pipe/wire/electrostatic line), according to the number of the working table to arrange the power supply socket, and the number of the position of the air pipe interface is given by the IE;

6.3.3 The IT Department is responsible for building the network cable of the line body, and building the MES network cable, WIFI or office network cable according to the actual needs of production.


IT racking network cable requirements:


The network cable routing method is along the edge of the workbench from the ceiling through the plastic cable pipe down the line, and in the lower part of the workbench or the workbench above the light pipe rack to arrange the routing slot, according to the number of workstations to allocate the network cable ports, the network cable to build the type of demand requested by the IE requirements.


IE confirms the constructed line, if the effect is confirmed OK, sign the Construction Request Form; if not OK, find out the parts that need to be improved and notify the Public Works Group or IT Group to improve them before signing the form.


6.4 P4 production line station layout


After the line is built OK, the production line stations need to be arranged:


6.4.1 Production in accordance with the standard operating instructions (SOP) on the workstation requirements for the receipt of operating tools (eg: soldering iron, electric batch light, adhesive paper machine, ion blower and other operating tools), and the worktable semi-finished products, material area, work area, processing completed area, etc. to mark the marking requirements are as follows:


(a) Semi-finished product/work station material storage area on work table needs to be marked with blue tape of 10mm width;


(b) Production line work areas are to be marked with yellow tape of 45 mm width;


(c) Line-side material staging area/finished product area is marked with blue tape of 45mm width.


(d) If there is manual pick-and-place action, it is necessary to simulate and assess whether there is any risk of interference between the manual pick-and-place process and the wire, tools, fixtures, equipment, etc., and if there is such a risk, adjust the position division in a timely manner or do collision protection.


6.4.2 IE is responsible for the installation of operating tools, connecting equipment, workbench electrostatic line, MES flatbed, scanner gun. After the completion of the production workstation layout needs to be organized for each workstation wire, workstation wire needs to be along the edge of the worktable bracket alignment, alignment needs to be neat and not messy.


6.5 P5 swing car requirements


6.5.1 The main body is required to use φ28 mirror stainless steel pipe.


6.5.2 Casters are required to be universal wheels with brakes, with built-in anti-collision feet in the mounting position.


6.5.3 The distance from the handle to the desktop is 30cm, and the handle connection is made with a rounded elbow.


6.5.4 Height requirements are ergonomic and easy to access.


6.5.5 The worktable is required to be wooden desktop, with green 2mm anti-static skin on the front side and fireproof board on the other side, surrounded by edges, with grounded five-clawed buttons on each layer, and 30*20mm foam strips on all sides of the desktop.


6.5.6 Anti-static requirements of all contact with the material table surface to be paved with anti-static skin, static electricity buckle with grounding wire into the metal connection, the bottom of the installation of pendant chains


6.5.7 The installation position of the grounding chain is required to be uniformly installed in the middle of the bottom of the turnover car, and the length of contact with the ground is not more than 5CM.


6.5.8 The size of the anti-static table mat should not be smaller than the size of the working surface and the surface resistance between any two points on the mat should be 10^6-10^9Ω.


6.5.9 Anti-static table mat any point to the equipment grounding line on the grounding resistance of 0.75MΩ ≤ R ≤ 1000MΩ


6.6 Acceptance of P6 production line


6.6.1 The person in charge of planning and designing the production line body (IE) organizes engineering, quality MQE, production with reference to the "production line body planning and design acceptance form" standard acceptance of the production line body (excluding the equipment function acceptance part), IE does not comply with the line body standard matters for record rectification, rectification is completed after the completion of the engineering IE, quality MQE, production need to be in the "planning and designing of the production line body acceptance form" to sign the confirmation.


6.6.2 After the PMC completes the acceptance of the production line (excluding the functional part of the equipment), it releases a 300-unit work order for scheduling, and the production department is responsible for completing the 300-unit production after receiving the work order from the PMC.


6.6.3 The Engineering PE is responsible for conducting PV experiments and giving a validation list of 300 products produced by the completed and accepted production line body (excluding the functional acceptance part of the equipment).


6.6.4 The Engineering TE is responsible for completing the MSA analysis of 300 products produced by the accepted production line body (excluding the equipment functional acceptance section).


6.6.5 The Engineering ME is responsible for completing an equipment stability analysis of 300 products produced by the accepted production line body (excluding the equipment functional acceptance section).


6.6.6 The engineering IE is responsible for collecting and submitting the PE's PV test report, TE's MSA report, and ME's equipment stability analysis report to the QE of the Quality Department, who determines that the above reports are qualified and signs the line acceptance form before the acceptance of the line body is completed.


6.7 P7 production line commissioned


After the production line acceptance, IE informs PMC to assign the work order to the new line according to the production plan, and the production is responsible for using the production line to produce the corresponding products.


7. Production line construction standards:


7.1 SMT production line construction standards


7.1.1 Standard category of construction: human being


7.1.1.1 Training requirements for production line personnel: production line personnel have been trained for the job.


7.1.2 Construction standard category: machine


7.1.2.1 Requirements for human body anti-static ground line: the production line should be connected to the human body anti-static ground line (blue line is human body anti-static ground line).


7.1.2.2 Requirements for equipment anti-static ground line: the production line must be connected to the equipment anti-static ground line (yellow-green for equipment anti-static ground line).


7.1.2.3 Equipment, instruments, equipment shell grounding requirements: equipment, instruments, equipment shell need to be connected to the equipment antistatic ground, and its shell grounding resistance specifications need to be less than 1 Ω, the equipment leakage voltage specifications need to be <0.3V.


7.1.2.4 Requirements for air extraction system: All equipment with requirements for gas emission should be connected to an air extraction system (the air velocity of the air extraction system depends on the emission requirements of the equipment).


7.1.2.5 Requirements for air connection: Air hose should be reserved for pneumatic fixture/pneumatic equipment stations (the type of air hose depends on the equipment).


7.1.2.6 Network Requirements : According to the production line corresponding to the product process configuration MES network cable, in principle, each operating station needs to install at least 1 MES network cable (can be connected to the WIFI signal station does not take into account), but the following cases need special consideration:


(a) Workstations containing test equipment are required to reserve at least two MES network cables;


(b) PEs present relevant network requirements (e.g., equipment requiring office network cables).


7.1.2.7 Workstation SOP plate / scanning gun installation requirements: all operating stations need to install flatbed, scanning gun, for the need to scan the PCBA board two-dimensional code of the station needs to be installed two-dimensional scanning gun, the other workstations on the scanning gun specifications do not require; flatbed installed in the operator to raise the hand can be operated position.


7.1.2.8 anti-static workstation requirements: all contact with the material workstation surface should be paved with static dissipative material, and equipment and anti-static ground line between the electrostatic buckle to be connected. 7.1.2.12 Installation requirements for electrostatic bracelets: when installing electrostatic bracelets, supporting electrostatic bracelet failure alarm device.


7.1.2.13 Requirements for equipment to be operated by personnel: the equipment should be ergonomic, e.g., position, height, lighting, etc., when the equipment is operated.


7.1.2.14 Inter-station protection requirements: products in the inter-station transfer process to ensure that there are no obstacles, and for the collision risk points need to increase protection.


7.1.2.15 Requirements for the installation of SOP tablets at workstations: The installation location of SOP tablets at workstations should be convenient for employees to view and operate.


7.1.3 Type of construction standard: Act


7.1.3.1 Requirements for workstation operating instructions: Each operating station has a production operating instruction.


7.1.3.2 Requirements for equipment point checking: equipment involved in parameter point checking needs to produce a parameter point checking form.

7.1.4.1 Appearance workstation illumination requirements: the illumination standard is 1000-1500LUX.


7.1.5 Build standard category: Other


7.1.5.1 Requirements for human circulation aisle: "I" type production line, 800mm wide working area should be reserved on one side.


7.1.5.2 Requirements for logistic channel: the standard logistic channel distance between the line body and the line body is 1200mm. if the logistic channel needs to transport the material pallet, it is necessary to transport the material pallet in the logistic channel.


The distance of the logistics channel must be at least 1600mm.


7.2 DIP production line construction standards


7.2.1 Standard category of construction: human being


7.2.1.1 Training requirements for production line personnel: production line personnel have been trained for the job.

7.2.2.1 Requirements for human body anti-static ground line: the production line should be connected to the human body anti-static ground line (blue line is human body anti-static ground line).

7.2.2.3 Equipment, instruments, equipment shell grounding requirements: equipment, instruments, equipment shell to be connected to the antistatic ground, and its shell grounding resistance specifications need to be less than 1Ω, equipment leakage voltage specifications need to <0.3V.


7.2.2.4 Requirements for air extraction system: All equipment with requirements for gas emission should be connected to an air extraction system (the air velocity of the air extraction system depends on the emission requirements of the equipment).

7.5 Packaging line construction standards


7.5.1 Standard category of construction: human being


7.5.1.1 Training requirements for production line personnel: production line personnel have been trained for the job.

7.5.2.1 Requirements for equipment anti-static ground line: the production line must be connected to the equipment anti-static ground line (yellow-green for equipment anti-static ground line).


7.5.2.2 Equipment, instruments, work shell grounding requirements: equipment, instruments, work shell to be connected to the equipment antistatic ground, and its shell grounding resistance specifications need to be less than 1 Ω, equipment leakage voltage specifications need to be <0.3V.


7.5.2.3 Requirements for air connection: Air hose should be reserved for pneumatic fixture/pneumatic equipment stations (the type of air hose depends on the equipment).


7.5.2.4 Network Requirements: Configure the MES network cable according to the corresponding product process of the production line, in principle, at least one MES network cable should be installed in each operation station (WIFI signal stations can be connected without consideration).


7.5.2.5 Workstation MES plate / scanner gun installation requirements: all operating stations need to install flatbed, scanner gun, for the need to scan the PCBA board two-dimensional code of the station needs to be installed two-dimensional scanner gun, the other workstations on the scanner gun specifications do not require; flatbed installed in the operator to raise the hand can be operated position.
