We are writing to you as the project owner of INV New Material Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd Project, to remind you of your obligations and responsibilities as the main contractor of this project.

As you are aware, this project is subject to the local authority regulations and requirements, as well as the drawings and specifications that have been approved by the relevant parties. In addition, you are also required to ensure that all the construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with the local authority requirements. You should also keep proper records and documentations of the compliance, as this will facilitate the smooth process of authority submission and inspection during the project handover stage (CPC and CCC stage).
