 Job Responsibilities


1. The strategic partner of the company's business organizations at all levels, responsible for building an organizational formation that matches the business development, and building a team of cadres and experts with vitality, combat effectiveness and creativity to support the success of the company's business strategy;


2. The inheritor of the company's core values is responsible for guarding the company's core values and is responsible for the company's human resource management orientation and policy compliance;


3. The COE of the company's human resources policy is responsible for the policy construction and operation of the company's human resources in the professional directions of organizational management, recruitment and deployment management, talent management, salary management, cadre management, employee communication and work experience, learning and education, etc., and effectively supports the implementation of the company's organizational management philosophy/orientation requirements;


4. The researcher of the basic theory of the company's human resource management is responsible for building the underlying ability of the company's human resources system, and improving the professionalism of the company's human resources management through HR basic research.

 Job Requirements


1. Be ambitious, dreamy, down-to-earth, able to accept challenges and grow in different countries and cultures, accept global dispatch, and send overseas after 0.5 to 2 years of training and practice at the group headquarters;


2. Human resource management, psychology, education and other related majors are preferred, master relevant theoretical knowledge and research methods;

 3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language;

4. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, as well as writing skills.
