1.范围

本技术条件规定了汽车主驾下护板总成的定义、技术要求,评价方法等内容。

本文件适用于长安汽车股份有限公司及其他子公司、联营公司阿维塔科技(重庆)有限公司所开发的所有乘用车型

6.技术要求
6. Technical requirements

6.1 基本要求
6.1 Basic Requirements

主驾下护板总成应符合本技术规范的要求,并按经规定程序批准的产品图样及有关技术文件制造
The main driver undercover assembly shall meet the requirements of this technical specification, and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and relevant technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.

1主驾下护板总成应随整车和系统级验证,满足相关性能要求。
(1) The main driver underside guard assembly should be verified with the vehicle and system level to meet the relevant performance requirements.

2主驾下护板总成应满足GB 8410《汽车内饰材料的燃烧特性》要求
(2) The main driver under-guard assembly shall meet the requirements of GB 8410 "Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials".

3)国内车型,主驾下护板总成应满足GB 11552《乘用车内部凸出物》的规定。其

他海外市场销售车型,零部件满足对应市场的内部凸出物相关要求,无明确要求的,可参照GB 11552《乘用车内部凸出物》的规定。

4)整车/子系统异响评价后,主驾下护板总成应无异响。

5)整车碰撞安全试验后,主驾下护板总成应出现危害乘员的飞溅物

6)CAMDS数据的要求供应商应按照DG-00.28.03-001《CAMDS数据填报及更新指南》

及时提交、更新零部件或材料的CAMDS数据。长安公司对该CAMDS数据的批准与接受将作为通过PPAPPSW)的必要条件之一。

6.2 外观要求
6.2 Appearance Requirements

产品外观应与经批准的标准样件相当或满足图纸上所规定的外观要求。如果没有标准样件,图纸上也没有针对外观特别规定,应按以下主驾下护板总成一般外观要求执行。
The appearance of the product should be comparable to the approved standard sample or meet the appearance requirements specified in the drawings. If there is no standard sample, and there is no special provision for the appearance on the drawing, it should be implemented according to the general appearance requirements of the following main driver underguard assembly.

1)产品外观表面不允许有裂纹、变形、银纹、波纹、飞边、毛刺、气泡、浇口痕迹、顶杆印痕、熔接痕和收缩痕等其他缺陷。
(1) Other defects such as cracks, deformation, silver lines, ripples, flashes, burrs, bubbles, gate marks, ejector rod marks, weld marks and shrinkage marks are not allowed on the surface of the product.

(2)浇口和分型线应尽量避开手可触及和视野可触及的区域。所有外观可视面上不允许有分模线。如果设计上无法避免在手柄外表面上产生分模线,那么分模线应小于0.03 mm;非主视面分模线应小于0.1mm且必须经过长安公司相关技术部门认可
(2) Gates and parting lines should be avoided as much as possible in areas within reach of hands and within reach. No parting lines are allowed on all exterior faces. If the design cannot avoid the parting line on the outer surface of the handle, then the parting line should be less than 0.03 mm; The parting line of the non-main view surface should be less than 0.1mm, and must be approved by the relevant technical departments of Chang'an Company.

3每批产品颜色应保持一致,同一种零件颜色应保持一致,无脱色、变色、色斑等缺陷。外观颜色符合长安公司提供色板,色差满足△E<1。颜色与标准样板及周边零件目视评价不得有明显色差,需要做皮纹的部位表面皮纹应清晰、均匀,纹理符合长安公司提供皮纹样板。
(3) The color of each batch of products should be consistent, and the color of the same part should be consistent, without defects such as discoloration, discoloration, and color spots. The appearance color conforms to the color plate provided by Chang'an Company, and the color difference meets △E<1. There shall be no obvious color difference between the color and the standard model and the visual evaluation of the surrounding parts, and the surface of the parts that need to be made should be clear and uniform, and the texture should be in line with the skin pattern model provided by Chang'an Company.

4)金属零件无锈蚀现象。

7.2.7 膝部安全气囊爆破要求

试验样品:主驾下护板总成、转向支撑、膝部安全气囊、仪表板总成、转向柱等。

膝部安全气囊子系统试验分为两部分完成,基础子系统试验以及展开性试验,其中基础子系统试验可以与PAB子系统试验同时进行点爆,也可以分别点爆,但试验录像记录均需要完整。

所有金属零件(包含金属标件),如金属卡子,片螺母、螺钉、锁销、转轴、弹簧等。

对于表面涂有油脂的零件,应先用中性清洁剂及蒸馏水清洗油脂并烘干。按GB/T 10125《人造气氛腐蚀试验 盐雾试验》当中的NSS中性盐雾试验方法进行72h盐雾试验。

参照VS-00.24-L-08012《汽车非金属零部件耐高低温交变试验规范》进行试验主驾下护板总成模拟实际安装状态装好,对需进行测量的部位进行标识(由长安技术人员指定测量部位,测量点数量),并记录测量结果。然后按表3条件进行试验,升温速率:≥1℃/min,降温速率:≥1℃/min。步骤7和步骤9进行了0.5h后,应分别对产品进行目视评价,对间隙段差出现明显变化的位置进行测量并记录结果。
The test was carried out with reference to VS-00.24-L-08012 "Specification for High and Low Temperature Alternating Resistance Test of Non-metallic Parts of Automobiles". 2 试验计划的制定(DV,PV,IPT)
2 Development of pilot plan (DV, PV, IPT)

2.1设计验证(Design Verification ,以下简称DV)
2.1 Design Verification (hereinafter referred to as DV).

DV试验是验证产品的设计是否满足长安公司对该产品的性能及可靠性要求的试验。
The DV test is a test to verify whether the design of the product meets the performance and reliability requirements of Chang'an Company.

2.2.1生产确认(Production Validation,以下简称PV)
2.2.1 Production Validation (hereinafter referred to as PV).

PV 试验是生产节拍评估通过后,抽取节拍生产零件验证是否满足长安公司对该产品的性能及可靠性、过程能力要求的试验
The PV test is a test in which the takt parts are extracted to verify whether the performance, reliability and process capability requirements of Chang'an Company for the product are met after the production cycle evaluation is passed.

2.2.2过程控制试验(In Process Testing,以下简称IPT)
2.2.2 In Process Testing (hereinafter referred to as IPT)

IPT试验是PSW签署后,在生产过程稳定状态下抽取零件按长安产品技术规范完成的、用于过程控制及改进的试验。
The IPT test is a test for process control and improvement that is used for process control and improvement by extracting parts in a stable state of the production process according to the technical specifications of Chang'an products after the PSW is signed.

DV、PV及IPT应参照附录表2规定的项目和样本(或周期)进行

2.3.1 开发阶段,应根据公司质量方针、质量目标以及制造工厂(或潜在供应商)历史质量水平,制定IPT检验频次要求;

2.4 递交报告的时间:以产品开发合同或双方约定为准。

2.5报告递交的部门:在交付零件时递交报告,应将其交到负责检验的部门,如果不在交付零件递交报告,应将其交到要求提供报告的部门。
